Our rates range from $4,000 to $6,800 per month depending on location. That rate can be all-inclusive and locked for life. No surprise fees, no escalation clauses, no hidden charges. Yes. This is their home, and you are always welcome in it. Families visit whenever they want. There are no restricted visiting hours. Many families stop by for meals, activities, or just to sit together.

This is one of the most common concerns we hear, and it's completely understandable. The transition can feel difficult at first. Our team is experienced in helping new residents feel safe, welcomed, and at home. Most families tell us that within a few weeks, their loved one is more relaxed and content than they were before.

We are small by design. Each home has just 16 residents with a 5:1 resident-to-staff ratio. Our founders,  Scott and Ted, built Sycamore Creek Ranch because they couldn't find a place that felt like home. Every decision we make starts with one question: would this be good enough for my mom?
